Process engineering ideation
We develop process designs that meet the project’s objectives at a low life-cycle cost while minimizing technical performance risks. Our experience covers projects with strict discharge standards (including Zero-Liquid-Discharge) and projects that generate revenue from resource recovery — biogas, wastewater reclamation, organic fertilizer.
That breadth lets us evaluate treatment options quickly and put a custom design on paper that actually fits the constraints, rather than a generic recommendation from a single technology lens.
Project feasibility studies
We run feasibility studies that quantify both the economic and operational impact of a project before significant capital is committed.
For projects that have to meet discharge limits, we evaluate the CAPEX and OPEX impact on the industrial discharger and surface the design choices that move the curve. For owner/operator-developed waste-to-value projects, we model how variations in project inputs and process design shift levered IRR, DSCR, and other indicators that lenders and equity investors actually use to decide.
For a typical owner-operator opportunity, that means showing how a 10% change in influent strength shifts IRR and DSCR before any equipment is sized.
What you get
A feasibility deliverable that a project sponsor can take to capital partners and that an engineering team can hand off into the next phase — block flow diagrams, sized equipment list, capex/opex curves with the assumptions traced back to source, and a sensitivity analysis on the variables that actually drive the return.
