Process design review
Using our own expertise plus our network of technology suppliers and specialized consultants, we review process designs to identify opportunities for reducing performance risks and improving project economics.
A design review is often the highest-ROI engagement we do — second opinions catch issues that the original team is too close to the design to see, and they tend to surface in places where the cost of changing direction is still low.
